On November 11, 2023, the Kilian Jornet Foundation participated in the Fira de Muntanya de Vic, a renowned mountain congress that brings together outdoor enthusiasts, sports practitioners, and key stakeholders in the sector to discuss projects related to nature, mountain sports and mountain culture.
During the event, the foundation introduced the Green Trail Concept to an audience of over 60 conference attendees. The presentation highlighted key aspects of the project and underscored the importance of the consortium’s partnership in achieving its goals. With the growing number of trail running events, the discussion focused on making these events more sustainable environmentally, economically, and socially.
The engaged audience expressed a keen interest in the project and a desire to learn more in the future. Additionally, the foundation utilised the opportunity to showcase project materials, including a roll-up display and the infographics used to raise awareness of best practices.
